Pinkpalmpaff Terms of Purchase
These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of women’s clothing and other products (collectively, “Products”) from Pinkpalmpaff (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website (www.pinkpalmpaff.com). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy (all available on our website). 1. Order Placement and Acceptance
When you place an order on our website, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the selected Products at the listed price (in USD, as specified in Section 4). We reserve the right to accept or reject your order in our sole discretion. Reasons for order rejection may include, but are not limited to:
- Insufficient inventory of the selected Product(s).
- Errors in Product pricing or description (e.g., typos, incorrect details).
- Suspected fraudulent activity associated with the order or payment method.
- Inability to verify your shipping or payment information.
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after submitting your order, which acknowledges we have received your offer—but this does not constitute order acceptance. We will send a second “Order Confirmation” email once we have reviewed and accepted your order, at which point a binding contract between you and Pinkpalmpaff is formed.
2. Shipping and Delivery
2.1 Order Fulfillment (Shipping Timeline)
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days of order acceptance (business days exclude weekends, major U.S. holidays, and peak sale periods). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its delivery progress.
2.2 Delivery Timeline
Regardless of your shipping destination (global), the estimated delivery time for all orders is 6–12 business days from the date of shipment. This timeline accounts for standard processing, transit, and (where applicable) customs clearance—though we note that customs delays for international orders are beyond our control and may occasionally extend delivery by a few additional days. We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping options; all orders are shipped via our standard global shipping service.

3. Returns and Refunds
3.1 Return Eligibility and Timeline
You may return any unused, undamaged Product(s) (with original tags attached and in original packaging) for a refund or exchange within 60 days of the delivery date. Final sale items (clearly marked “Final Sale” on the Product page at the time of purchase) and personalized/customed items are non-returnable.

We will provide you with a pre-paid return label (for global returns) and step-by-step instructions to complete the process.
3.2 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned Product(s) (typically within 2–3 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will approve or deny the refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Refunds will be processed in USD (consistent with Section 4) and will include the full purchase price of the returned Product(s); no additional fees (e.g., restocking fees) will be deducted.
Note: If your return is denied (e.g., Product is worn, tags are removed), we will notify you via email and can ship the Product back to you (you will not be charged for return shipping of denied items).
4. Pricing and Payment

All Product prices listed on our website, as well as all transactions (including purchases, refunds, and any applicable fees), are in United States Dollars (USD). We do not offer pricing or transactions in other currencies, and any currency conversion displayed by your payment provider (e.g., credit card company) is separate from our services—you may be subject to conversion fees by your provider, which we do not control or cover.
