At Pinkpalmpaff, we strive to get your favorite women’s clothing to you quickly and reliably—whether you’re updating your everyday wardrobe or ordering a special-occasion piece. 1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and select international destinations. A full list of eligible international countries is available during checkout—if your location is not listed, we unfortunately cannot ship to you at this time. For military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), we ship via USPS and follow all U.S. military shipping guidelines.
2. Order Processing Time
Before your order ships, we need time to process, pack, and verify your items to ensure they meet our quality standards. Standard processing time for most orders is 1–3 business days (business days exclude weekends, major U.S. holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas, and peak sale periods). During high-demand times—such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or new collection launches—processing may take up to 5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is processed and ready for shipping.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
For orders shipping within the U.S., we partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We offer three shipping options to fit your needs, with delivery times calculated from the day your order ships (not the day you place it):
- Standard Shipping: This is our most affordable option, with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days to most U.S. locations. Standard shipping is free for orders with a total value of \(50 or more (before taxes); for orders under \)50, a flat rate of $5.99 applies.
- Expedited Shipping: If you need your items faster, expedited shipping delivers in 2–3 business days to most areas. A flat rate of $12.99 is charged for expedited shipping, regardless of order value.
- Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, overnight shipping is available to most U.S. addresses (excluding remote areas) and delivers in 1 business day (if your order is processed by 12:00 PM ET on a business day). Overnight shipping costs $24.99 per order.
Note: Delivery times for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may be extended by 1–2 business days for all shipping options due to geographic location.
4. International Shipping
For eligible international destinations, we ship via USPS International or DHL. International shipping times and costs vary by country, but here’s what you can expect:
- Delivery Time: Most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days from the date of shipping, but this may be longer due to customs processing in your country (we have no control over customs delays).
- Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and package dimensions. There is no free international shipping at this time.
- Customs & Duties: All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer—not Pinkpalmpaff. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand potential additional costs.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress, from our warehouse to your doorstep. For domestic orders, tracking updates are usually available within 24 hours of shipping; for international orders, tracking may take 48 hours to activate due to cross-border processing. If you don’t receive a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder—or contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number to request a tracking link.
6. Shipping Exceptions & Issues
While we work hard to ensure on-time delivery, some situations may cause delays or issues. Here’s how we handle common scenarios:
- Delayed Deliveries: If your package is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, first check the tracking information for updates (carriers sometimes experience weather-related delays or logistical issues). If there’s no update for 3 or more business days, contact us—we’ll work with the carrier to locate your package.
- Missing Packages: If the carrier marks your package as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office (carriers sometimes leave packages in secure locations). If you still can’t find it, notify us within 5 business days of the “delivered” status—we’ll initiate a carrier investigation and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a refund (per our Refund Policy).
- Incorrect Shipping Address: It’s important to double-check your shipping address when placing an order—we cannot change the address once the order has shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll notify you via email. You can then request a re-shipment (with a $7.99 re-shipping fee) or a refund (minus the original shipping cost).
